Vut the big girl behind the counter was going at it hard with the expo guy and they where swearing and screaming and tbh it would have been entertaining if not for the kids in the lobby seeing this horrible behavior and hearing profanity

Corporate needs to intervene, they need new management. They need to be retrained on how to run a place. The employees (anytime of day or the amount of people here) are always slow (even when there are only two people in line), they get the orders wrong, and they are rude (minus one time out of ten).
The other McDonald's is always fast, sweet employees, and never had an issue with them. Take note Service Road Mcdonalds!

I have been waiting for over 30 minutes for my order . Made a mobile order so I wouldn't have to wait in the long drive line . It would have been faster . I've seen all kids of cars come and go and yet I still sit . Bs.

Had to wait for 10 minutes for someone to come take my order and then had asked a question they where very rude about it as well as an employee who was only worried about her phone charger.I called the one across town and had the question handled I will not come back to this location, I will drive across town every time from now on.

The woman who took our order and the pymt was rude and unwelcoming. The lady at the window was the ONLY person in there hustling and being friendly at the same time. She is the only reason I gave service 1 star. However, when we got to our hotel, we found that our order was incorrect (no surprise right). We ordered 4 10 piece nuggets and asked for sauce and ketchup. We only had 3 10 piece nuggets and 3 ketchups and 2 bbq sauce. We tried to call the restaurant, but the phone # is disconnected!! Service these days is beyond ridiculous yet people think they deserve $15/hr, but they only do $5/hr worth of work.

We just went through drive thru in Ruston LAThe Young lady was so rude I didn’t get her name, but she had a curly ponytail on top of her head a young black girl, working the first drive thru window , I drove around and asked her if she could repeat the order because she didn’t gave us a price or the screen didn’t show order, she started naming stuff really fast like she as annoyed , I advised we didn’t order that she got even more annoyed, started slight rolling her eyes and neck, I told her never mind we would go somewhere else, This employee need more customer service training or find another job.it was tooo early in the morning to have an attitude the sun wasn’t even out yet.

They are rude and will purposely downsize your drink. You will pay for a medium and get a small. Be aware of there rude and deceptive tactics
