Great service great manager great crew it was so busy but she was on them and got us together with hot fresh food went around 10pm manager was amazing lady named Ms P and she asked if we needed anything or how was our day that's what I call customer service. So because of her 5 stars

Well. It's McDonald's so you know what the food is going to be like. So I have them a 3 for consistency and good fries. However, the service was just annoying. The drive thru person rattled off what sounded like a single word except it had 60 or 70 letters. As in she talked way too fast and apparently I was interrupting her cell phone conversation because after the third time she rattled it off and I said, "what?" She said "just pull up sir". When I got to the window she has is talking away on her phone I'm one hand and taking my money in the other. I know I'm a crusty old Gen Xer but that just grates on my nerves. So I asked her twice how much and she didn't hear me. I swear she was standing there with her hand out taking away. So I just stared until she finally managed to penetrate the phone fog and direct her attention to me. She then for the first time told me the total. Which was double what it should have been because she got it way wrong. I remember now why I don't go to McDonald's. I can accept the food because I know what to expect and it's okay, if not good, except for the fries. Lol. But they need to take the cell phones away or block them or something. Its not just McDonald's but this was pretty egregious.

They are severely understaffed. Waited 30 minutes for curbside o never come out for an iced coffee and small fries. Went inside to get help 15 minutes after the text "Your order is on its way." NO help inside. The cashier is goofing off, and no one else there working. Got out of curbside and went thru drive-thru as it was at least moving. Then it came to a full stop for 10 minutes. Once we got to the first window and explained our order, they told us they had one person making the food and the same person running the food to the counter, drive-thru and outside. While there were two at the first window. Was told to go to the next window for our order. Terribly managed but, at the very least, friendly.

Food is good but the ppl are rude and the place could be cleaner. Not to mention when I was a kid MacDonalds was a favorite bc of the colors and play area now it's not even inviting for the adults.

Steer clear of this place. Messed up a very simple order. I ordered a McDouble and chocolate shake. I got to the window and they handed me a chocolate milk instead saying the ice cream machine was down. They couldn’t figure out how to issue a refund so tried to concoct a shake out of what appeared to be milk, whipped cream, and chocolate syrup. Horrible. I then looked in the bag and saw I had chicken nuggets and fries. I handed that back, and I received a bag two McDoubles, both cold and stale. I had ordered only one, but I was charged for both. At that point I decided to cut losses and move on. I am surprise the McDonalds franchise allows this location to continue to operate.

I hate it here man. I work in food service too and I can't understand messing up on a chicken sandwich that has 4 ingredients. Disappointed.
