FEB 2023: The baleadas were excellent (like a quesadilla meets a soft gordita). The bread was so fresh and were well filled with beans, cheese, eggs, meat, fresh creama, and avocado slices. Queso blanco dip was perfectly spiced & also their 4 salsas. Will definitely be back. (The breakfast menu looked amazing too.) Waitress was very sweet, but English was definitely her 2nd language (helped that I know a little Spanish) ... but, NO buffet here as previously advertised, other...
I loved my gordita. I only have a 30 min lunch break, so I suggest you call and order before you leave for break. And they have delicious tamarindo drinks. I've been craving real Hispanic/ Latino food since I moved from Houston, Texas. This is as good as it gets here in Ruston.
