First time trying nana’s was a great experience. I had ordered a pork chop with greens, Mac & cheese, hot water cornbread and got a banana pudding. 10/10 it was packed and I can see why! Will visit

The food is usually great. This time the porkchop and the hot water cornbread was old. I called they were nice about it and promised to exchange. When I went for an exchange the owner treated me like I was lying. I eat there twice a month. The service is getting worse. Possibly because the owner keeps the workers
Good food, the service was excellent. The seating was comfortable and roomy, Enjoyed the food, it was seasoning very well and steaming hot. I also meet a school mate ...Sarah,Thanks Nana for good service given by your staff. I will return

GREAT food. Only three people working on Sunday afternoon. But they got our To-Go order out in about 30 minutes WITH 10 orders ahead of us. Thank you for a great Sunday lunch while traveling in our RV to Texas.Parking: We were going in RV with trailer; they helped us park down the street some. No room at their facility

Quite, large window seat looking out onto the street. Greeted by smiling, friendly staff. Questions were answered with great knowledge. Atmosphere here is nice and friendly. Wasn't to much noise and last but not least it was very clean!Kid-friendliness: It's family oriented.Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp
Literally I would give them zero stars. We waited for over a hr. Then when we asked for our money back the lady told me our plates are being fixed right then. 20 mins later she came out and said they ran out of the food we had ordered. So we got our money back and left !!!

Have eaten here many time prior to today 4/28/23 and the food was excellent. We had high hopes but those were shattered. My husband’s food came after about a 45 min wait and his pork chop look as dry as it could be. 15 mins later a lady came and told my son to pick something else as they had no fries chicken-he picked the pork chop and I also at that time said I had ordered fried chicken and was told to pick something else—about 10 mins later my son got his plate with a dried out pork chop plate but I had no plate. Both my son and husband finished eating after another 20 mins and I still had no plate. I walked to the front and asked for my money back (like the lady at the table next to us did) I waited while the lady went to the kitchen-then she came back and I said my husband did not get his banana pudding she just looked at me and I asked if there was any desert and she said no. At this try Ike I was sensing somehow this was my fault and I just said keep my money and walked out with my family. Needless to say I will not be back

Walk into a beautiful home...like walking into Nana's. Greeted promptly and asked to circle your order choices on a piece of paper. You choose your protein: baked chicken, fried chicken, smothered hamburger steak, pork chop etc. then choose your 3 sides (we were a bit limited due to some items being sold out), choose your dessert and a drink. ALL for $13. You CANT beat that. In about 10 mins my party of 5 had a HUGE spread in front of us. From the first bite of my smothered steak with brown gravy I kid you not, I was transported to my Mamaw's kitchen. Incredible nostalgia, delicious tender and simple. The deviled eggs are so similar to how my momma makes them and so was the homemade banana pudding! It's NOT from a box, it's legit scratch pudding. The cabbage was spicy and delicious, sweet potatoes were sweet and a good balance to all of it. If you happen to be lucky enough to be in Ruston, this is a MUST stop!

I can't speak highly enough. Everyone was super friendly and the food is LEGIT! The fried chicken, collards, and mac and cheese are just what your soul needs!

This place is awesome! The inside is an adorable old house, the people are friendly and omg the food..... 15 dollars for fried chicken, 3 sides, a dessert, and a drink! There was so much I had it for lunch and dinner. Nothing bad to say at all, and would definitely come again if I lived near by.
