Their drive-through bell has been broken for over 2 years so you have to honk at the drive-through window, and even after that employees will ignore you. Tonight I had a lady look at me through the window and then pick up a broom and start sweeping for 5 minutes.

I would give this store zero stars. They contract Doordash for deliveries and our order got stolen. We never received our pizza. Folks get your pizza somewhere else.

I waited over 25 minutes for 1 pizza that was placed for delivery by a custmer 30 minutes ago and still was no ready yet and the worker took over 5 minutes to come to window and ask what order i was picking up very rude workers wouldn't recommend anyone to go there very poor customer service no greetings at all when i pulled up to drive thru.

I ordered a pick up order 40 minutes prior closing. It took 20-30 minutes to make. I make it there just maybe 5 minutes after closing. & they would not let me pick my order up even though I see the workers in there cleaning up and my pizza was literally on the heat rack. She also lied to us saying they closed 30 minute ago when my order wasn’t even ready 30 minutes ago. She wouldn’t let me pay for my order which just makes no sense anyway it goes because they didn’t do nothing but throw the food away or take it home. & this not my first bad experience always the same woman.
I experienced an issue w/ my order and Mr. George was amazing at resolving the issue. The entire staff welcomed me upon entering the building and leaving. They were all very friendly, professional, fast, and just a great example of what customer service should be.I will definitely order there again.

Papa johns has always been my favorite however I literally just got home from there from making sure I had sauces in each box. He put one in there however didn't have any in my other box also no pepper. What got me was that I ordered garlic knots! Got only knots meaning only the bread they didn't but the butter or garlic on them! Pretty disappointing
Nasty i didn't like it at all the music was so loud had to repeat order twice the young guy was very nice but it took so long to get it can't think of the of the food we got but it just took a long time to prepare there was no customer there the food was something new on the menu not saying I want eat there again just something different
