I experienced an issue w/ my order and Mr. George was amazing at resolving the issue. The entire staff welcomed me upon entering the building and leaving. They were all very friendly, professional, fast, and just a great example of what customer service should be.I will definitely order there again.

Papa johns has always been my favorite however I literally just got home from there from making sure I had sauces in each box. He put one in there however didn't have any in my other box also no pepper. What got me was that I ordered garlic knots! Got only knots meaning only the bread they didn't but the butter or garlic on them! Pretty disappointing
Nasty i didn't like it at all the music was so loud had to repeat order twice the young guy was very nice but it took so long to get it can't think of the of the food we got but it just took a long time to prepare there was no customer there the food was something new on the menu not saying I want eat there again just something different

The lady who took the phone order was not great. She was mumbling and I had to ask her speak up. Took about 10 minutes to order a meat lovers pizza and 2 papadia-s. I ordered an italian papdia and had looked on website to see what is on it before calling. The website said Italian sausage, Alfredo sauce, cheese, salami and banana peppers. My "italian" papadia that I got tonight had italian sausage, pizza sauce and a little cheese. There was no salami, banana peppers or Alfredo sauce. Just an italian sausage pizza folded over. I don't think staff knew what an italian papadia was supposed to be or what was on it. I think they were thrown off because order wasn't ready when we got there. They guessed at it. Will not order a papdia again at the papa johns in ruston. Boy wish we still had a fox's pizza....they knew how to make those sandwiches. Oh and crust was burnt.

Out of 15+ orders great pizza, a little long a couple deliveries but was on Friday and Saturday. And forgot one garlic butter, so if that's the only issues I can find out of all it is definitely 5 stars.

I went and ordered 10 pizzas for a sleepover of tween girls so everyone wanted something different and the manager there was so friendly and accommodating. She really went the extra mile in order to take care of me and my requests. 10 Stars for the staff and their delivery of fresh, hot pizza and friendly service.
Food was okay, but a female employee continually made moaning noises while me and my roommate waited for our food. I was charged for garlic sauce, but wasn't given any. When I asked the employee about it (they also forgot my pepsi) I was asked "what the f*ck else do you have?" How embarrassing to be associated with such a pathetic franchisee and such low level staff. Corporate should remove the franchisee from ownership as this level of adversarial interaction has been a hallmark for the last 3 years I have sporadically ordered from the worst papa john's in the US!

The first time i tried papa johns in ruston i was very disappointed by management and the food and when i called to make a complaint i was told i was wrong and that what i was saying couldn't be true the experience i received is the joshua pardue which is my fiance's post that was done back in feb and decided to try and give them another try and have to say Steven the assistant manager pleased me very much with the experience and the food this is how food is supposed to look from them i was very happy with the experience i received.
