Don’t expect to actually ever speak to anyone at the store if you call, you’ll only get sent to a call center and when they try to transfer you to the store you’ll just hear the repeated automated thing before the call drops after 5-10 minutes. Extremely frustrating

Very good, as I expect from The Hut!
I was hesitant to order here due to a lot of one star reviews. Most were delivery orders that took too long, food cold, wrong order? or whatever.
Ordered for pick up and so glad that was not my experience, 10/10 pizza was hot and friggin delicious.

I'm not sure who decides when the texts go out, but that needs to change. 10 min after placing order, I got a text saying it was ready. 2 min later it was out for delivery. I literally live a mile from the place and our food got here 40 minutes after the text said it was on the way. FORTY MINUTES
