if NO ONE can pick up the phone, why even have a number. yall customer service is AWFUL. there is NO REASON for ANYONE to have to wait HOURS just to cancel an order.

Went for the lunch buffet. Got 3 slices cause that was all that was left. Place was packed with people just sitn around with no pizza to eat. Literally sat there for 20 minutes ( my 30 minute lunch break). Paid 8 dollars for 3 slices and a Dr Pepper. There still wasn’t any pizza out when I left. First and last time to go there

Called in a to go order. When I arrived, they had no record of my order. Sooooo in spite of needing to hurry, I had to order again.The server assured me I had called the wrong Pizza Hut. So I called the same number as before, and guess what? I had called the Pizza Hut in Ruston! They made no offer to compensate for their mistake.

The only reason you received a 1star is because I could give nothing less. Tuesday night I ordered a pizza online to be delivered an they said it would be here in 30 min. 45 min later I called and they said it was on its way. We were a mile away. 20 min later called again, they said it is fixing to leave the restaurant coming your way. Nearly 2 hours after we ordered it was finally delivered.
