I have been to the PJs on Louisville Ave a few times in the last couple of weeks and received food that was old and not edible. I normally go to the store in Ruston and have never had an issue before. I guess I’ll stick to Ruston.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating to our order! Food was fresh and delicious! We got a cinnamon roll and a chocolate muffin to eat.
Couple refresher drinks and a hot chocolate for our kid.

Coffee was done well, they didn't get phased by a complicated order haha food felt a little small even compared to Starbucks but they offer a much larger variety which is helpful. We had a decent wait for about 15 minutes but the customer service was top notch once we got to the drive thru window. Would do again 👍🏻

I stopped by here while we were traveling. The baristas were so incredibly friendly. The coffee was tasty and the drive-thru was quick.

First time trying out pj's and got a hot matcha latte and man it was a delight.
Small matcha latte with oat milk and whip
Def will be coming back before I leave Louisiana to go back to Arkansas
We just got to drive thru for coffee. Better stop than Starbucks.

Arrived at 7:30 to order beign’s but was advised machine is shut down at 7:00 so it can be cleaned. Then I suggest closing at 7:00 since your menu is not available. Or keep machine working until closing time and have employees stay to clean it after store hours. The idea is to service your customers not be cheap on your labor cost. Review by Herbert Newman
