today i got iced banana foster , asked for half sweet but it’s still sweet . i should’ve go with simple latte but wanted to try PJ’s seasonal flavor. Overall good atmosphere inside , want to start visiting more PJ’s.

Ordered a cappuccino on DoorDash and this is what I got I don’t really know how yall supposedly make y’all’s drinks or if this is what yall consider to be acceptable but it’s actually very sad. It seems every store owned by this man is just going to trash. This was genuinely a waste of money.

I can't say enough about PJ's of Ruston! This team is absolutely the BEST when it comes to customer service and makes every visit a true treat. While the food and beverage is always spot on and we definitely have our favorites and come several times a week to enjoy them, the people are what make the difference. Customer service with our PJ's is simply exemplary--it's unlike anything we see anywhere else. Kudos to this hard-working team. You are amazing!

There are never enough stars to equate the level of excellence we experience with our PJ's. The food and beverage is always great, the atmosphere of the place is inviting and comfortable, and it's super convenient for us. However, what puts PJ's over the top for us is the customer service. This team is DYNAMITE! They make us feel valued, appreciated, and loved. And we love them back! BRAVO!!

I have been to the PJs on Louisville Ave a few times in the last couple of weeks and received food that was old and not edible. I normally go to the store in Ruston and have never had an issue before. I guess I’ll stick to Ruston.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating to our order! Food was fresh and delicious! We got a cinnamon roll and a chocolate muffin to eat.
Couple refresher drinks and a hot chocolate for our kid.

Coffee was done well, they didn't get phased by a complicated order haha food felt a little small even compared to Starbucks but they offer a much larger variety which is helpful. We had a decent wait for about 15 minutes but the customer service was top notch once we got to the drive thru window. Would do again 👍🏻
