My experience with this Popeyes was awful. For fast food you think it would come out quick. It took 22 minutes, after pulling me forward, just for a spicy sandwich combo. On top of that, there were no pickles on my sandwich, The chicken was dry, and the bun was burnt. They also got both of my sides wrong.

Pulled up in drive thru and they got on the mic and told me to come inside to order. I don’t know why but if you can get on the microphone you can take an order or ask me to come up to the window. I’m looking for drive thru for lunch not walk in

Every time i come and if its after 8pm they either wont service you at the window or they tell u pretty much everything is out. Im assuming hoping they can get off early. ive been sitting in drive thru for 10 minutes and no one has said anything about taking my order and it is 9:20pm. Just close it down

At the drive-through, there was a long wait for 2 sandwiches. The staff was very nice and the chicken sandwiches themselves were just okay. It's fast food, so the expectations are adjusted accordingly.

It’s absolutely ridiculous that we sat at the drive threw order spot for 10 minutes while no one said anything. Then asks if we are going to be using the mobile app and when we said no there was nothing but silence for another 5 minutes. Ended up having to go inside and order. Not once did we get a “ give me just a minute and we will take your order” or anything! Either this place is short staffed or it needs new management!

I went to the drive thru at lunch and asked about the specials, was told there were no 2 piece specials, asked about drinks, was told they had nothing but Sprite. When I tried to order a side, I was told they did not have that side and there were only three sides available. The attendant was extremely rude each time I asked a question and when we were driving off we saw the poster with the weekday two piece special for $6.99. This is the third time the attendant was rude but it is also the last time.

I went to your Popeyes today at 5:50 on June 6th I went through the drive thru and the women working the drive thru was beyond rude. Her customer service was absolutely TERRIBLE. We were very nice and having a great day and all it takes is for one rude worker that is supposed to take care of their customers to ruin that. I just wanted to leave this here because someone should be getting fired. Also No names tags so I have no clue what her name was.
