I went there ordered for me and my family, were missing part of our order, the fries were so hard I feel if we would of ate them they would cause someone to get sick. I was told they could not use my rewards code so I can collect my rewards for the future. Then when I got home and tried to call them no one would answer. The food tasted like it had been under a heat lamp since this morning and it was 5pm when we went. I called corporate and they were just as useless everything had to be done online, no such thing as customer service any longer. Just horrible and serving dangerous food especially when dealing with chicken. Beware is all I can say

We went through the drive thru in the Ruston Popeyes. We ordered two large chicken sandwich meals. The sign clearly stared the meals came with biscuits We got our food but no biscuits. We drove back through the drive thru and reread the signs. Stated it came with a biscuit each. We told the guy there We didn't get our biscuits but the sign says it comes with them. The guy said no. He didn't apologize andf anything and was rude. I don't have time to argue. We won't be back!!

Even if you lived across the street, you’d be better off going to another location. I’ve been here so many times and told they don’t have chicken. 90% of the time I place a mobile order and walk to find the lobby closed in the middle of the day. Then I have to walk through the drive through. The food is never ready when I get there either so I have to stand in the drive through, which is just comically awful service on top of them being rude to you. The food is good most of the time, though.

Popeyes has gone down hill, here is the 5 piece meal, the chicken tenders were no bigger than a large shrimp, dry, and the coleslaw was not half full. The biscuit was good and thank goodness for the dip because the chicken was dry.
The drink was good. Two meals for 2 people coast over $30.00 and was not filling.
The place is filthy, the doors and outside is also filthy.

I ordered 16 pieces mild chicken with the sides and a gallon drink. I asked for 2 ranches and some ketchup. Waited a little bit but that was okay. Before my food was handed to me one of the workers there said I needed to pay for the 2 ranches. I’m not cheap, but on a $65 order a restaurant have to charge .50 cents for two ranches that is real petty. Other than that food was good but I felt like what a Cuatumer service.

$8 for two small cups of red beans and rice?
Still hungry. Not even enough food to get skinny on for that price.
Never again.

The food i had was old like it had been siting up for over 3 plus hours and was hard as a brick when my baby tried to bite it and i couldn't even break it because it was so hard and dry.
