I tried to order dinner here but I was greeted in the WORST way. I definitely was a problem for someone who CLEARLY hates being there. The dirty attitude made the dirty parking lot and dirty glass doors even dirtier. …I just drove on down the road. Waste of time glad I wasn’t given the proper opportunity to waste my money too. Yuk!

The parking lot always has trash and smells of weed. The workers act like you're an inconvenience to them. Takes 30 minutes to get ONE drink when there are only 3 vehicles there (including mine). This is not a one-time occurrence... also better check all of your food before driving off because 9 times out of 10, it's burnt, under cooked, made wrong, or missing items. Very bad experiences every time

This was 3 minutes today after got food and checked it all when I got home.Waited 8 minutes at the drive through for no one to show up as they lost 4 customers also waiting in line. We went to the window out of patience and had 3 of them notice us before finally asking what we want. We got a footlong coney,a large mozzarella,two smash burgers with tots,one small cheeseburger, a chicken sandwich and crinkle fries along with a baby meal and a little thing of chili. They didn't give us the cheeseburger, mozzarella sticks,the little thing of chili or the tots with the chili. They was completely unorganized and the person who brought the food wasn't nice and just handed the food and tried walking away when we was trying to ask if it was all in the bag.sucks if you want none of your food forgotten but is a perfect place if you want food missing and them to be unorganized.Total was $47. Not worth that much with how the experience and how they work. ANOTHER EDIT: finally got someone on the line and the moment I tell them about it they hung up. Got them back on and they tried lying saying they ain't even there while the machines are running in the background. Was completely rude and unprofessional on the phone and tried lying saying the phone disconnected. #shutsonicdown

Wait times can get ridiculous and I have yet to receive any sauce I asked for from a mobile order. I've had mobile orders with wrong or missing items several times, and recently I had a mobile order completely ignored for half an hour.

If I could give this place a zero I would. I waited an hour for 2 ice creams from the app. When I put that I was there on the app it said “Dee” would be out with my order soon, I waited 30 minutes and no one came, I pressed the red button and that took 10 minutes for someone to answer, then they said it would be out soon, waited 15 minutes, nothing, pressed the red button and that took another 10 minutes for someone to answer. I told them to give me my refund and they did. DO NOT come here if you’re wanting fast food. Also I watched employees constantly walk in and out to smoke and play on their phones.
