This is the best Sonic, when you order and pay for extra bacon they actually give you extra! My carhop says her name was Kizzy and I am very impressed with her, great attitude and has a sense of urgency to get the orders to people. She actually has work ethic and that is rare.

I cannot stand getting a $4 drink, asking for no or easy ice, then the entire cup being ice. This has happened everyi single time I come. If im gonna spend $4 on a drink, I think I will just go to another chain in town because I have zero hope for this place. And no napkins when a girl with long nails pokes a whole in a cup and flooded your vehicle with sweet tea.

Had by far the rudest interaction with the person taking our order. After being told it was drive-thru only, the entire time we were placing our order the cashier’s tone seemed as though she didn’t want to be bothered and was very annoyed at the fact that we had the audacity to keep ordering. After pulling around we could hear music blaring from inside, I work in the food industry and understand the need/want to listen to something while working but at the level it was being played it was unprofessional at best and a distraction at worst. We sat at the window for over 5 minutes before someone even took our payment, at this time carhops were taking food to cars which makes me doubt the “drive-thru only”. After being given our food and checking the bag, we were missing a food item and had to come back to grab it. I would give this entire experience a negative star but unfortunately that is not possible, sonic ownership, Please evaluate your staff and do something about this. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional behavior

I was told rudely they were only taking drive thru orders then got the most stale hot dog ive ever had in my life when i went through the drive thru. I wouldnt even feed that to a dog. How pitiful 😒
