The food is great, the best fried chicken and fries in the Ruston, La area. The customer service can use some improvements. I've been there more than twice and never received a thank you. Never received a hello from the employees. Great food, atmosphere can be improved and improve customer service.
Another HomeTown favorite, chicken is cooked to perfection with the perfect amount of spices and just a hint of kick to it. While others prefer some of the larger chains moving into the area, Southern classic remains true to its roots and its taste!
This is the best fried chicken I have EVER eaten. I live in Georgia and don't have access, but every time I come to Louisiana, this is a stop on the list. I actually called them (the store) one time to see if they had plans to open one in Georgia and they said no. I was bummed!!! The locals call it crack chicken cause you keep coming back lol.
