What an amazing gourmet eating experience from an unassuming food truck! From the freshly baked foccasia bread to the pecan pesto to the exquisite touch of preserved lemon, my caprese sandwich was a heavenly delight. The outdoor tables all have umbrella coverings for comfortable outdoor eating in the summer. And of course my server was friendly, sharing simple secrets of making the sandwich. This is definitely my new go to place for late lunch, early dinner

I tried the Cuban sandwich on two separate occasions. Exact same product both times...both times excellent. If you like a well balanced sandwich that leans on the savory/salty/vinegar side...this is it. Pork was braised perfectly and the texture of the toasted focaccia bread provides an excellent contrast.

Driving from Shreveport to Starkville, MS, and this popped up on the nearby food list. What a stroke of luck! Homemade bread, fresh ingredients, and unique arrangements of well known sandwiches. Plus it was perfect weather to sit outside, and downtown Ruston is lovely. The nearby train bridge is gorgeous! I highly recommend for the whole experience.
Vegetarian options: I had the caprese sandwich. Slightly over salted in a few places, but the added kale and lemon made for a delicious sandwich. The homemade focaccia is so good!
Kid-friendliness: My one-year-old ran around the whole time, but the food truck park was great for her to explore.

This is my favorite place to eat in Ruston. The Cuban is the best sandwich ever, and whatever soup they have is always unbelievably good. Cannot get enough of this place!

Craving focaccia bread and as luck would have it, all of their sandwiches are served using it. I tried the Cuban and the pasta salad, which were both great. The highlight was probably the pasta salad since I don’t expect much but it had so much flavor, great texture, and was the perfect side for the Cuban.
