Starbucks coffee and other similar drinks are so overrated and underwhelming. A pistachio latte doesn't taste like pistachio or coffee, just sad cream. No thanks.

I used to come here and get drinks almost every day, but now every time I have gotten a drink, the portion sizes of the ingredients are way off and I am not even getting the sweet cream when I pay for it in my drink. WAY too much matcha powder is being used in the latte to the point where it’s disgustingly bitter even when I get 2 scoops and extra pumps of syrup.

The service was friendly, though I found the cashier's familiarity and use of pet names somewhat excessive. The food was acceptable, albeit rather oily, but it was satisfying. Some of the drinks, like the crème brûlée latte, were excessively sweet. However, the coffee itself was quite good.

One batista did not acknowledge people waiting at the counter until there was a line. Then she was very slow taking orders. I have never experienced this at a Starbucks before.

The building has 2 bathrooms + Neither bathroom has soap = Employees (required by law) are not washing their hands and neither are the customers. Yuck. Keep driving.

I ordered a vanilla/carame latte, they gave me it cold drink when I ordered it hot. They were too heavy handed on the syrup so the drink was just sugary.

I didn't have time to complain and get it re-done that day, And with an experience like that i don't plan on coming back anytime soon.

Service was fine, the workers were kind. It the lack of attention to details that made this a bad experience.

went though drive through and ordered a venti drink. when i got to the window they gave me a grande and i kindly said i got a venti and all the person did was put my drink into a venti cup and add more ice. they didn’t give me a receipt so i’m not sure what i paid for but i would’ve paid for a different size if i knew that would’ve happened. worst experience ever. go to dunkin.
