I stopped by this Starbucks while traveling, and it was truly the best experience I’ve had at any Starbucks in the U.S. The cappuccino was amazing—perfectly made and so delicious. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming, which made the visit even better. Out of all the Starbucks locations I’ve been to across different states, this one really stands out as the best!

My drink was amazing and it was super fast after I ordered to get my drink. The employees were all so nice and everything in the store including the restroom was VERY clean and organized.

Had an unpleasant experience at this location. First, I had a coupon for a $3 drink and after she scanned my app something happened on her end and the coupon disappeared. The manager said there was nothing she could do, even though I had showed them the coupon when I first got there. Secondly, the quality of the drinks we received is poor. The matcha was clumpy and mostly foam. The mocha frappe is all chocolate syrup. I haven’t tried my drink yet but I’m hoping it is truly made with almond milk; since I’m lactose intolerant. Overall I’m very disappointed in the customer service and quality we received. We will stop at the coffee shop next door from now on.

The opening baristas on 04/27/2025 need some class and work ethic! I may have been there 2 minutes after this location opened, but that gives them NO RIGHT to OPENLY GRIPE ABOUT IT in front of me! If you don’t wanna do your job, go home and don’t return! I always come here and tip well, but clearly my business isn’t welcomed anymore. The customers pay the bills of these sorry ass baristas. Every single one of them was complaining this morning.
