The service was friendly, though I found the cashier's familiarity and use of pet names somewhat excessive. The food was acceptable, albeit rather oily, but it was satisfying. Some of the drinks, like the crème brûlée latte, were excessively sweet. However, the coffee itself was quite good.
Waited for over 23 minutes just for my order to be taken. So sad. I love Starbucks coffee as I frequent the coffee shop almost every morning.But after I had a bad experience, I have refused to go to Starbucks since then. Went to take advantage of the Mother's Day BOGO but they were unable to honor it without the app and I couldn't order ahead because the option wasn't available. They upgraded my drinks to Trenta (ordered Venti) at no charge. Thanks!!! ?
