this is consistently the worst Starbucks I've ever been to. all of the employees are some of the rudest people I've ever encountered. the morning managers are great but everyone else is rude and seems like they don't even know how to do their job. they never get the orders right. they're mean when you (politely) ask for them to fix it. they also routinely close 30 minutes early and let you wait in line for like 20 minutes before saying anything, even though they should still be open. I unfortunately have to come here often since it's the only place on campus to get coffee, and I can probably count on one hand the amount of pleasant or even normal experiences I've had here (all of which are with the morning managers).

I can’t be more happy with this place. It’s so convenient, so good, and relatively fast considering the rushes they get sometimes. No matter in the morning, noon, or night these baristas keep kicking out these perfect renditions of the drinks pictured on the menus, sometimes even better! Fun to talk to, willing to help, and inspirational working crew with a good drive. They will give you that first sip feeling in a calm collected manner that lets your day start or finish off with the ideal refreshment.
Kid-friendliness: These employees are very friendly to all members of any family, especially the kids. I have seen them interact with children from the on campus elementary and it was great!

They literally filled up the cup 1/4 of the way and were confused when I asked about it like how u mess up that bad. On top of that, the two people behind me didn't get half of their orders as well.
