“To the team at Osaka Express, I offer my heartfelt thanks for an evening filled with laughter, love, and delicious food. We stopped at Osaka for a break on our road trip. From the moment my family walked in the door, we were welcomed by the friendly staffs. Although the wall was a little odd, it didn’t take away from the great experience since the counter was just around the corner. We ordered from their new speciality menu and we LOVED it! The Crispy Crab Roll was so crispy and delicious and the Coconut Shrimp was creamy and flavorful! The hibachi was great paired with the sauce on the front counter and the edamame was heavenly. We cannot wait to explore other menu items when we pass by Ruston again!

The rolls are absolutely phenomenal—the fish is always incredibly fresh, and the chefs do an amazing job balancing flavors and sauces to perfection. Every bite is an experience.
