The rudest staff I’ve ever encountered. A bunch of new people this week so not sure if that’s the reason or not… they’ve never been like that during past encounters. :/

Had a bad craving for a quesadilla after having a really good one in Minden and this was the DRIEST I’ve ever had in my life. The Minden quesadilla had this delicious sauce on it and was cheesy .. this one was just dry. Ruston food is so nasty. 😭

It’s only worth going if you’re going through the drive through. The wait inside is consistently way too long.

I checked my bag IMMEDIATELY after leaving the drive through and realized that I was missing 3 items (Two of them being a whole meal). I got back in line to rectify the situation, only to be met with hostility and disbelief.

Hardly any ingredients on the few tacos I got and I figured there might have just been a mistake on the amount put on them, so i went to the front deck to ask and one of the guys that works there told me that was the normal amount they use. In my experience you're basically just paying for flavored tortillas. This is the only tacobell I've ever had this problem with. Also I dont hold it against them but will tell ya to just go to the other one across town to satisfy your tacobell needs

I visit this location often. The food is always made correctly, hot & good. I've never had a long wait even at times when they are super busy & have always received excellent service. It's rare to be able to give such a great review of a fast food restaurant but these folks have earned & deserve it.

Ye I ordered 4 things,the chicken cantine didn’t have no chicken on it and it was cold and it was cut but it was cut so unprofessional that it was ruined,and my two stackers were replaced with something my grandma wasn’t able to eat due to her not having teeth,I got something soft so she could eat it..and the chicken cantine was hard as heck and I wasn’t even able to really tear the extra tortilla

If I could give less than 1 star I would!
I’m not expecting - 5 star quality food but it was Horrible. The Baja blast had no sugar, the chalupa was stale like its been sitting out for days, my crunchy taco was broken up all in pieces and soggy at the bottom, and the tortilla in my burrito was very chewy and rock hard. Everything I got was horrible.nothing was fresh. Do better!

Absolutely horrible I've been here many times because it's close to the house seven eight employees sometimes literally maybe only one person in the drive-thru still takes 30 minutes to get your order. And they don't care. I don't see any responses by managers or owners so it's my opinion they don't care.

I love taco bell. But this one needs better staff and better management. One time I came to get a gift card, I waited 30 minutes and asked them multiple times. I even tried to go through the drive through and they told me to come inside. I came inside and they were not friendly or helpful and wanted to do everything but give me a gift card. That probably could have took 2 mins of their time. I went yesterday again, to pick up an order for a staff member. I got there at 3:30 and did not leave until 4:00, for an order that was placed 20 minutes prior. They only focus on the drive through so I wouldn’t even recommend going inside. They don’t want to talk to you anyways.

Horrible place, manager or owner needs to pay attention to the service their store is offering. I spent $52 tonight for my family, and we threw most of it away.. garbage of food and employees

Management is incredibly rude and unprofessional. After waiting 30 minutes for the app order tracker to say my food was ready I just went up there and asked a worker why it was sitting here getting soggy but the app says it’s still being made…. She said she just makes tacos. Yes the manager said that…… then I said I order often and I always get a text saying when my order is ready and the whole staff laughs at me. 2 managers present. I won’t be back.
