I haven't eaten Taco Bell in like 2 years, so I came here and literally the only good thing about this place is the food. Taco Bell is just getting extremely lazy and disrespectful. It's sad and disappointing.

The restaurant had a long drive thru line so we ventured inside. Staff was unprofessional, forced to use kiosk for ordering then staff took 50 minutes to get our order of 6 supreme crunchy tacos, the staff didn't inform customers of outage of soda choices, ice tea was out, after waiting and not able to obtain our drinks or foods requested a full refund and left without eatting

Placed an order while in Simsboro, stopped at Starbucks, then went across town to retrieve online order, and it was not ready. Went inside and had to get the attention of an employee to see about my order. There were only 3 employees working. My order was not even started, not a big order either.

Smh I use to love tbell but the lack of care pisses me off. No sour cream? Too bad you get it. No tomatoes? Hope you’re not allergic bc you getting it too. Smh I’m glad i checked it before I ate. I will be getting money back for this crap.

Went there today with my niece. The sweet girl up front took our order because we aren't fond of the kiosk. My niece had told me on the way that they were enforcing using the kiosk. I had told her that if I wasn't wanting that tostado so bad I would have went elsewhere. When the young girl was taking my order the manager, I'm assuming, rudely came up to her and turned a sign toward her hitting it on counter pointing it out to her that customers are to use kiosk. Asking her what does that say? And telling her that was two write ups on her. Then walked off. This should have been handled privately. All the young lady was doing was giving good customer. The young lady disappeared. Not sure what he did to her. Then my tostado was nasty. The manager made it himself. He threw my order on the counter which caused the tostado to slide partially out of container. While eating I over heard him saying Damn while talking to another employ. Then walking around the front talking on his cell phone. They were not busy. Trash was stacked on top of sauce counter. No trash can to put it in near by. If taco bells are gonna enforce the kiosk I will not be a customer anymore.

So to start we were made to use the kiosk even though there were 2 employees just setting there propped up on the counter. We needed help on a few things so one of them came over slight attitude and couldn't understand a word they were saying. Right after we were finished ordering we sat down and another person came in and ordered at the register. Seems like they pick and choose who they want to check out. As we are eating a guy walks in smoking a black and mild no one says a word to him and he sets it on the edge of the table still lit smoking it in-between eating. Kind of ridiculous if you ask me. Didn't take long to stink up the whole place.

This place has gotten ridiculous. Lazy also! You can't even order inside with a human. You have to use a screen to do everything while the employees watch you do it and for some that screen can be slightly confusing and difficult for some. Even ordering and picking your own items on screen they still can't get the order right. And it takes half an hour to a whole to even receive said order. It's unacceptable how this place has gotten this lazy and ridiculous.
