I did NOT think that I was going to find any REAL MEXICAN CUISINE while I was in Ruston/Monroe. I'm from ARIZONA, we ain't gotta look far for some fire ass comida. This place has Chilaquilles and the put it into a Torta!!! Out of this world FIRE! I love by a place in Mesa, Arizona called Chilaquilles and this place DOES IT BETTER!!! BIG huge gigantic KUDOS and I appreciate your kind words of condolences. Keep up the good food and phenomenal HUMAN! Highly recommend

If I could give more stars I would. The carnitas were tender, flavorful, and amply served in a corn tortilla that had been grilled. The asada taco was also excellent, but the carnitas ensure that should we be in this area again, we will return. We also got chicken and shrimp tacos, but honestly, have I mentioned the carnitas??
Salsa and chips were TOTALLY worth it. Chips were freshly cut and fried, sprinkled with seasonings, and the salsa was FIRE. The heat was perfectly balanced with just enough flavor to keep us dipping and dipping and dipping.

In town for work and stopped here for lunch. Got the taco plate. Food was great, full flavor and everything was cooked perfectly. Now, this isnt taco bell, we waited a few min to have our order taken, it took a while to get out food. This isnt a bad thing, it was one lady running the entire show. If you are in a hurry, or get frustrated because things arent instant, this might not be the place for you, and thats a shame. The food and serive is 100% worth the time.
