The best birria tacos you will get around here! I go probably once a month to at least one of there locations! Authentic and friendly service! I can't say enough good things! They are very quick! I had the birria tacos from this truck and their other location at the Chevron station about five times during my recent two week visit to Ruston. I could not get enough. I live in New York City where we have some of the best Mexican food in the country and these Ruston tacos are some of the best I’ve ever had.The tacos at the truck downtown and the one by the Chevron station are exactly the same. They make hands down the best tacos I have had my entire life. I was not really big on taco, but they changed my mind about it. Their taco is sooo good that I never tried anything else there.
