If you are not using these great people for your crawfish needs then you are using the wrong people. They take pride in delivering a great product. They delivered the crawfish around 8am and I let them sit all day before cooking them that evening and for the first time in my life that I have ever found only one dead crawfish out of two sacks and they were all mini lobsters, not one small one. Mind blown. Awesome people and the price beats anyone around here.
