I have been wanting some place to fill the void in Chinese food/ hibachi type cuisine. Staff was great! Got the chicken teriyaki with rice. Nice size portion. It was good but not great. I ate every bite but the sauce seamed to have some unexpected heat and If blindfolded I could not have told you if it was beef or chicken. Rice was cooked well but I just expected more than white rice. I might go back sometime but it's not something I will be making a special trip to Ruston for. Just a place to stop on the way home from Shreveport.I give it another try. Again the staff was very helpful

I’ve eaten there twice. The foods always served hot but the closing time on the website is wrong and depending on the cook sometimes it’s salty and sometimes it’s not and the spiciest they have is still pretty mild.

Been going here a while. Lately the quality of food and service has slacked way off. Past 3 times the dude behind the counter is either trying to talk on the phone or talk to someone else while taking my order and it ends up being wrong in one way or another. Quite frustrating.Secondly take a look at the griddle and the vent hood where they cook. It's got old grease dripping down into the cooked food and tons of old grease buildup on the back of the griddle. Won't be long before it catches on fire or health department shuts them down. If they keep the cooking surfaces that unclean, it makes me question how well the food is kept.With all that being said I've had enough of the disappointment from eating here for a good while so I'll be spending money elsewhere. Shame because it used to be really good.

I ordered a chicken teriyaki plate with noodles and my friend ordered a side of fried rice. The only good part of my meal was the chicken it was above average. The noodles were undersauced and way more chewy than what youd expect noodles to be. The "stir-fried" vegetables were really steamed and very mushy. My friends rice could have passed as day old rice that someone cooked in a rice cooker then reheated in the microwave. The side of rice my friend ordered was also a small quantity for the price of 4 dollars. Overall, would not recommend.
