We visited Sunday night after returning our son to Tech. My husband ordered the Beef tips well done but they was still red inside, its inconvenience to send food back after telling the waitress how you want your food prepared you kinda loose your excitement to eat out, my food was ok my potatoes was not hot but I kelp them because I try not to send food back. Overall we was slightly disappointed, but we will not give up on eating out.

Jordan, an absolute outstanding server!! The food was ok on my visit, but my server Jordan made up for everything. She’s was kind, sweet, very polite, knowledgeable of the menu, and a great conversationalist!!

The steak was cooked perfectly and had a great taste. The service was great and just an overall great value for what you get.
Rolls,shrimp & fried pickles pre cooked and not hot when served. All borderline cold. Everyone ran out of drinks twice. Had to fetch M.O.D. To get service. Parking is a 1 driveway in & out. Traffic congested badly! Won’t go back at this location. Much better everything in west Monroe,la

Got on the waitlist ahead of time, 25 minutes out, was called in to stand and waited for 10-15 more minutes. Place was packed beyond belief. Was seated and drink orders taken. Waiter returns and we ordered entrees. Out of prime rib, out of macaroni for the kids. Our salads came quickly but we had no silverware and still no drinks for about 10 minutes, I had to ask as they had forgotten. Entrees arrived and the ribeyes were tough BUT it was on point medium rare color steak I’ve had at a TR.

Fried pickles were very soggy, my boyfriend and I ordered the same meals. Our Cesar salads had no croutons, no cheese, and were drenched in dressing that was not even Cesar dressing. We could not eat the salads at all. When our steaks came his had hair in it that he noticed immediately but the waitress ran off quickly. We had a different waitress do our drinks, our fried pickles, and our food. 3 different. So I stopped someone to inform them of the hair on his food. She said “oh okay. I’ll get someone. Do you want a manager or your waitress?” We didn’t want to make too big of a fuss and said it didn’t really matter. We waited 20 minutes for our waitress who brought our drinks to come take his plate without saying anything. Then she came back and asked if he wanted a different meal. We said we’d just prefer to go boxes and to leave she said oh okay. Then disappeared, we had to wait another 20 minutes to get someone else to stop because his steak was still on our ticket. They took it off through a different system because we never saw anyone else, no one else checked back on us or apologized. Really sucks because it was starting to become one of our favorite places to eat.
