I attended my niece's graduation dinner at Trios Dining Restaurant, where I had high hopes based on recommendations. Regrettably, my experience turned out to be quite disappointing. We arrived at 1:30 PM, excited about our reservation on the outdoor patio equipped with heaters. However, due to the chilly weather, we requested our server, Jackson, to turn them on, only to be told by the unnamed hostess that they were not functioning. When I asked if she had informed my sister, the graduate's mother, she replied no. I then asked for the manager's availability, which she confirmed, and led me to the bar, where Collin was preparing drinks. When I inquired if he was the manager, he simply asked how he could assist. I raised my concerns about the broken heaters and the lack of communication.
Although we were eventually moved inside, which was a welcome change, Jackson excelled in his service despite the circumstances. He took our drink orders and promptly returned with waters, teas, and soft drinks. However, my husband's beer took an astonishing 20 minutes to arrive. When I checked in with the hostess about its status, she took another 10 minutes to return, explaining they had to search for it in the back. Jackson continued to impress us with his attentiveness, but we experienced significant delays with our food orders. With a party of 40, I understand that challenges arise, yet our reservation was at 1:30 PM, and most of our meals didn't arrive until 3:30 PM. When I asked Jackson about the delay, he apologized and assured us they were working on it.
I approached Collin again regarding the slow service, but he seemed indifferent, asking what I wanted him to do and offering a discount. While I appreciated the gesture, my primary concern was the service quality, not the cost. After our discussion, I canceled my order since most of our party had received their meals except for mine and my husband's. Returning to my seat, Jackson later informed us that they had burned my husband's pizza and were remaking it. Shortly after, he returned with the news that they were out of pizza crust. How could they not be aware of this before claiming to remake the pizza? This pointed to poor communication from the kitchen staff.
Collin later approached our table and, rather unhelpfully, stated that he was just a front-end manager and didn't know how to resolve our issues. He offered a discount, which I declined. I requested the owner's contact information, but he didn't have it. I then asked to speak with the kitchen manager, which led me to LA, who addressed the situation directly and professionally. He apologized for the pizza issue and the delays in serving our food, offering to make my husband anything from the menu as compensation for the mistakes made. Not once did Collin apologize for any of the issues we faced.
When I asked LA for the owner's name, he provided it, which was reassuring. I believe that Google reviews play a crucial role in informing owners about customer experiences. Collin's lack of concern in addressing customer complaints did not reflect strong leadership qualities, which impacted the rest of the staff.
My group and I were seated for quite a while before the waitress came by and it seemed she might have been too busy to take care of us. The drinks were good and the ambiance was good, but the pastry platter was lack luster and felt like Walmart rolls to me.

I was excited to try this place. We were seated right away by the hostess who said someone would be right.with us.... We sat there for 30 minutes and weren't even acknowledged, so we left. Including us,, there were three small groups there. I would hate to see how it is when they are busy. After reading the reviews, I'm glad we left.

They only had 2 servers and they had 4 large tables. I don’t blame the server he was doing the best he could. My husband’s said his food was very good. Mine was ok. Don’t get much for your money. We sat next to a window that had dead bugs on it. They were short one bartender according to the server and one hostess.. Unfortunately we will not be back.

Been here a few times and mostly good experience. Ordered to-go tonight and it was less than desirable. The smoked tuna dip was nothing like it’s tasted in the past. Barely Smokey and WAY TOO spicy….like a can of jalapeños were dumped in. Not consistent with recipe. Could not even eat it. The hummus dip was bland no flavor, no paprika and the olives had pits in them, tasted like it was dumped from a can. $31 later I enjoyed none of this unfortunately. Bartender explained happy hour options and pricing, only to get the bill and it wasn’t what he explained. Disappointing experience tonight and a waste of money having to discard the unappetizing food. Tried to message directly but website doesn’t work.

We came for a reservation and I understand we had a large table but there was no communication at all about the wait on our food and drinks. Ordered after being there 30 minutes, got water 15 minutes later. Didn’t get our orders of food until almost 2 hours later and we saw our waitress maybe 4 times in that whole time span. She seemed really nice but by the time the food was brought out we just wanted to leave. I wish she would have came to our table and explained the wait because we would have understood. The restaurant didn’t seem too busy but I could be wrong. Either way this is less about the wait and more about the lack of her coming to our table at all, and she never once told us about our food and the wait for it after we took our order. Food was okay, service was disappointing for such an expensive meal. I’m not going to talk bad on the waitress because I don’t know how much she actually had going on while we were there. But just disappointing overall. Wont be coming back.
A little dark for kids but very clean and more romantic atmosphere ..Pricey I order pork Rib eye steak with mushroom ,the sauce was awesome ,if the sauce was deleted you would have a high price porkchop

Our experience was excellent. The food was excellent. We sat outside enjoying the evening and will come back again. This one of several times we enjoyed. Our server, Jackson, awesome. Reminded me of a young Clark Gable.

Just about every dish I’ve ordered I regretted it. The food is tasteless and overpriced. The price wouldn’t be an issue if the food was good. Great mimosas, but you have to buy the food to get the mimosas….bummer

Terrible ownership/management. Take your money to a place like Beau Vines with exceptional service and smiling faces while little Ms. Jenifer works on her attitude.

Went in today for the first time. The waitress was really nice and welcoming. The best part of the experience. We sat for over an hour waiting for our order. We asked the table onside of us how long had they been waiting, the answer was 3 hours. Shortly after, we were informed that there was a shortage of certain items that are needed to complete our entrees. We decided to bow out and leave at that point. I’m not upset because I know today is Mother’s Day and everywhere is busy, but simple communication at the door on arrival would have avoided all of this. If customers would know the wait time, we would then be able to make a decision on whether to continue to dine in. Not a good experience at all and ultimately a waste of this important day.
