We were the annoying party...14 total with 6 kids, no call ahead. We were in town for a Tech and wanted lunch before heading out on a Sunday. We were seated immediately. Service was great. Food was amazing! My kid got chicken and waffles and I was jealous and should have gotten it too, it was that good! We had a good variety off the menu and no one had negatives to say. We will definitely be coming back.

The wife and I gave this place another try a few days ago. It was a lot better and we got to meet the new owner. Myra was our server and did a great job - very nice, attentive, and knowledgeable.
I was in Ruston this weekend to visit family. We ended up at Trios for appetizers on saturday and brunch on sunday! Alex, the new owner, was so kind. He was going up to every table as well as helping the waiters run food. My server Anna was very sweet and had great recommendations.
I'll definitely be back when I'm in town.

We had brunch at Trio’s this morning and it was excellent. Best shrimp and grits I’ve had in a long time. They brought us out the biscuits and gravy to try and everyone at the table inhaled them. 100% recommend.

We had dinner at Trio’s on Tuesday, August 12. The food was excellent! Two members of our party had salmon with cilantro/lime rice. It was cooked to perfection and the flavors were wonderful. The other two companions ordered steak and again, cooked perfectly. A special treat was an order of Brussel sprouts, shared by the table and was delicious! We had specialty drinks that were great and finished our meal with an excellent cream brûlée. It is obvious the new owners of Trio’s are passionate about providing quality, upscale food in an inviting atmosphere that showcases local artists. We were warmly welcomed before we made it in the door which set the tone for our experience. And the wait staff was impeccable. We can’t wait for a return trip to Trio’s.
