food was great and our server was great, but not super sure why she was getting yelled at and belittled by another staff member in the kitchen. it was super awkward and disheartening because she was just trying to do her job, and the old white lady making waffles was yelling her name and being rude to her to the point she was crying at the end of our meal.

Look yall, I’ve been Waffle Housing since the 80’s. I was a little worried when I walked in and everything was clean and all the employees were nice and actually happy to see us. From my experience, a great breakfast can only be cooked by a person who hates their job, but these folks here in Ruston are a different breed! They were smiling , happy, cooked 5 of us up meals quick! Food was great! And then they were cleaning and singing songs of Waffle House days of old! The one lady with the purple hair did a back flip while juggling 6 eggs! If yall want to try a clean Waffle House with the cleanest restrooms and happy employees try the one in Ruston,La!
Vegetarian options: I mean meat is awesome, but waffles are a good substitute

The most clean and organized Waffle House I have ever been in! The kitchen was well ran and maintained and Mrs Danna ran a tight whip making sure the staff stayed on task!!!
