Everything was going okay until I received nuggets that seemed as if they were fried the day before. I ordered regular nuggets and received spicey. So I just threw them away. Honestly, I haven't tried Wendy's since I was a teenager and I don't remember their burgers being so cold. Oh well, thank you for the experience. They were friendly, and nice and made the service enjoyable.

They ignored my boyfriend when he said just a plain burger bc i am allergic to ketchup. Tried to call (we don’t live in town) to try and see if we can get it remade another day (I use to work at Taco Bell and we would do that so i thought I would ask) no one answered the phone. Called 3 Times. Thankfully i checked my food. Lazy. Lazy. Lazy people there.

I order a triple bugar for my son it was cold cheese was not melted the service was very bad and the bugar was still cold when i asked them to remake it i wouldn't recommend no one going there the food and service was horrible.

The food was ok. The lady working the drive thru seemed as though she didn't particularly want to be there. When we drove around and could hear the manager yelling at her and telling her she was dumb, we could understand why. I felt so bad for this young lady.

Very very slow , waited a good 20 minutes after doing a mobile order. And then we were given sausage croissants when we asked for bacon.
We pulled up first but the woman kept taking orders for the other lane. Then when we pulled up to pay she ran away and someone else had to come take our order.

The last five or six times I’ve ordered the double stack. I’ve asked them to cut the onion and I think they’ve only done it once. They just need to pay a little more attention to the order. It was repeated back to me correctly, so whoever made the Burger didn’t do it correctly every time.other than that, the chicken nuggets were great that I got, but the burger was kinda not fresh. The bun was cold and the meat patty did not like they have been cooked recently.

When walking up to the door a staff member sitting at a table by the door on their break got up and came to open the door for us, and welkcomed us to the store she was super friendly. The eating area was really clean it was a great place to stop.
