My husband and I go to whataburger at least once a week. Most of the time the employees are friendly. The main manager usually comes by to check and see if everything is ok. BUT today after ordering and paying for our meal we go to get our drinks only to find out there is no ice. If you have ever been to whataburger you know their tea is not cold. We also ordered dine in but our food was bagged up like a to go order. When the secondary manager came out I stopped him to complain. He too would normally initiates the conversation not today. When I complained about the food being bagged up and no ice and said the “no ice” sign should be on the door before you enter not on the drink machine after you have already paid. He said “we are compliant”. I said with who? No I’m sorry for the inconvenience. We said with whataburger. I then said I know you know how often we eat here we won’t be back.

Decided to eat at this location, didn’t know what was about to happen, waited for 40 mins to get my order like if they did it with their @$$ and my burger had some hairs on it, talked to the manager and all he said was you found a hair in your burger ? That’s all he said. He didn’t apologize or nothing. Terrible experience

All Whataburgers are trash these days. Go somewhere else, where you can go to an actual restaurant and get your meal quicker and hotter. We waited over 50 minutes to get cold food. The only reason it came out was because we asked if we were next. This is not the first time this has happened. This is every time we try to give Whataburger a chance at different locations across multiple states.

Some of the better fast food burgers in town, but you have to wait 20 minutes to an hour per order. Honestly, go to a restaurant and order a burger, and you'll have a better meal faster, with better service.
I've been here over 30 times over the last year, And I think maybe one or two times I was served less than 20 minutes.
Multiple times I've been there where I've gotten food ordered and they just don't give it to me, even though it's been sitting on the counter for them to give to the customer after been made.
And a couple of times the bread has been like bricks and stale
