Long wait time, my fries were missing from my order and the bone in wings were very overcooked and dry
This place is garbage. It’s a shame because the wings are good, but the service is the worst I’ve ever seen at ANY restaurant. Order online- pointless, they won’t even look at that order until you walk in and tell them. So there goes an hour of your day. DoorDash it- same results. Call them, they will just hang up the phone without saying anything. Who owns this place? John Belton still? Who manages this place? My 8 year old child could do better. the manager definitely made the difference. everyone was smiling, nice, & food was good but that manager was five star 🌟
I don't know what her name is but she took very good care of my sisters and the rest of our family. If she's ever in Vegas, come to my restaurant so I can return the favor! she needs a raise!
