If I only I could give zero stars…They had NINE people “working”… never got my food, asked them to cancel and refund my order after 37 minutes of waiting…im not holding my breath on getting my refund from this Absolute circus of a store. No apology, acted like I was wrong for being frustrated with a 37 minute wait at a wingstop. Do NOT waste your time with them.

They put our order away due to putting wrong name on order. Music was to loud. Dining room did not have one clean table. Wings were good, French fries cold and soggy. Floors had trash. We will not be back to this location.

my online order, when the app said it was complete. Staff took forever to fix the issue and write down the order from the app order screen. It said expected to be ready between 6:53 and 7pm, I got my food at 8:30

If you want to come here and watch employees mumble to customers and act rudely to you by all means this is the spot for you. The staff has absolutely zero class or self awareness. The. Hain is known for good food but the hiring practices and poor management continue to hit rock bottom. I highly doubt recommend Wingstop at this point. If you want to be treated rudely and watch employees behave like children behind the counter come here.

The food was actually really good but the service was awful. We stopped for dinner around 7pm and were told as we walked in "We're not taking any more orders, online orders only" ... not "Hi, welcome to wingstop" ... We should have left but were set on wingstop. We sat down and had to download an app and then place an order which took about 15 mins that could have taken an employee less than 5. After speaking with an employee about why online orders only, she said that it was because that's what the manager said to do. All of the fluster and rudeness came from the female manager on duty. The other employees were doing as they were told. Several frustrated customers during our time there. Someone higher up needs to check in on this place during dinner time.
