Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Limiting red meat but found an excellent alternative for the summer, a Zaxby's House Salad! The chicken can be fried or grilled. I started with fried, but now enjoy the chicken grilled with heavy charring . Delicious! Nutritious leafy greens. Sweet tomatoes. Fresh cucumbers and a bit of shredded cheese. To increase the protein I sometimes add a 99 cent can of beans ( pinto, kidney, black, etc. -drained). Or, I sometimes order a second fillet, again heavily charred, to be added for about $2.50 more. Either option keeps me full all day, with no need to grab a post-3:00 snack!

The staff is consistent. Very few turnovers...which is a definite plus for me! And they are kind, courteous, and work well as a team! As a result, my orders are accurate and timely. Thank you Ruston Zaxby's!

The service here is somewhat unprofessional I ordered my food for me and my sister and my food came right out but my sisters took some time I told them I ordered something else and some lady with black and blonde braided said they were fixing it right then but it turn out that was total lie and they weren’t even making it until my brother went up there and then they started fixing it which was thirty minutes after I had went up there, zaxbys needs to work on there customer service cause this is not very good customer service

The chicken tenders always tastes like they're undercooked very chewy to the bite and the fries are always over season...
Good for a quick meal the best thing is the sandwich other than that they're okay..

I was completely ignored as I stood at the counter to place my order. The employees were standing there having a conversation, and there was no one else in the restaurant! This has happened both times, and I have just walked out.

The food is always good, but today I tried those new egg rolls! O.K. ZAXBY'S --- come on thru! I tell you what ---- Ms. Tina had me wanting to order EVERYTHING on that menu! Y'all go see Ms. Tina --- talk about quality customer service with a SMILE! THANK YOU MS. TINA!! The interaction that we had with you was nothing short of EXCEPTIONAL! As long as you're there.... I'll be back! Ms. Tina is truly an asset to your organization. Please give her a raise....

Went a little over two weeks ago they were running the CHIPOTLE CHICKEN FINGER TACOS VERY HEAVY that week. My Wife began craving some. Got the CHIPOTLE CHICKEN TACOS. Did a late dinner in Downtown Ruston Area and Enjoyed those good old Tacos

Since when did Zaxby's stop serving food? I ordered a 5 piece boneless wing combo, but the pieces were so small, they DIDN'T EVEN FIT ON A FORK! I can eat a normal ham and cheese sandwich and get full, but the 5 piece combo I got left me hungry enough my stomach was still growling. NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN!!!! WHAT A WASTE OF HARD EARNED MONEY!!!!
