Absolutely LOVE the swamp dust. I put it on just about everything. Not only is the seasoning good, Jimmy is also a nice man. Had some issues with an order, card was charged but for some reason the order didn't go through, and he was on top of it and made sure I was getting my order. I will always order my Cajun seasoning from him.
My wife brought home some Firehouse blend packets about 5 years ago from an event you were catering to at the Baton Rouge Civic Center. When I say the Magic Swamp Dust Firehouse Blend is some of the best seasoning I've ever had, I mean it. I put it on everything. Will not ever buy Tony's again. Cheers from Northeast LA.

We enjoyed the food . I especially like the jalapeño poppers and the barbecue sausage. The jambalaya was a little dry, but tasted wonderful.
