Duckroost is locally owned and gives off a wonderful small town vibe. We get our live and sometimes boiled crawfish there and it is always a wonderful experience. I enjoy their pork cracklings and recently tried their chicken cracklings and they are addictive! The owners are friendly and the staff are helpful and kind. We will continue to buy seafood from Duckroost!

I purchased crawfish for Mother’s Day. It was worst crawfish I ever had. They were very small, no seasoning, mushy, and lot of them were dead before it hit the water. Never again I will buy from there.

I just picked up two pounds of the worst boiled shrimp I’ve ever had …. It was extremely overcooked. I could barely peel it before it fell apart. I called the store to let them know I was dissatisfied… they laughed & refused to offer a credit or even an apology.
