My stop here either going or coming from Natchez. My kids love this BK location. They are usually consistent and food tastes freshly made. My only complaint is the ICEE machine is often down and now the price has doubled. Other than that it's a great place to stop for fast food is you like

The guy at the drive thru was very rude. When we asked him to read back our order he only read half of it and when we pulled around and got out food we asked for a recipe because the cost didn’t add up to what we got and he told us the machine was not working to print receipts. Out of all the things he gave us only 3 things we right and when we asked for them to be corrected he took the stuff back and slammed the door in our face.

Our whoppers were obviously cooked in a microwave. Grey and spongy. When I complained they insisted they were grilled. Not a single grill mark on it. Will not be returning.

If I could do 0 stars I would. Waited for 10 minutes at drive through no answer. Pulled onto window. No one was even in there. 8 am.

Amazing how my $8+tax meal turned into an $11.50 meal because you upsized my meal without asking and who knows what else. I don’t care that there’s only 2 other drive thrus in town, I’ll never come here again. Theives.

Had the worse experience in the drive thru, there was big girl who had the nastiest attitude. My food was old, chicken nuggets were hard as a rock and when I tried to ask for fresh ones she rolled her eyes at me and told me to pull up but nobody ever came out. Never coming back this is just ridiculous and it isn’t the first time and they need to do something about their lazy employees and the store always smelling like weed and cigarettes.

Hopefully upper management reads this. Went by on 6/24 around 6:15pm and ordered a chicken fry, onion rings, and a drink. Paid and was asked to pull up. I was the only customer in line. Said I would wait because no one was behind me. The extremely rude manager came to the window and said to pull up because it had to do with time and not the line. Then muttered a comment about me not pulling up when she slammed the window. I had paid with a credit card and asked for money my back handing back my card. She keyed open the cash drawer and handed me cash back and then slammed it. Owners, check the till.
How is this place still open? Service is horrible.

They told my husband they closed at 10:30pm, but there app and online says open from 6am - 11pm!!
If that statement is true change your hours on the app and online!

I came through the drive thru and ordered two $5 duos one which I ordered the bacon and Swiss burger. Get my food it's two bacon cheese burgers. I go back in and tell them what I ordered, and one of the fat female workers told me they don't do it which I had just seen on the screen. Anyway I just take the burger back because they refused to fix it over. I check my nuggets, they were so old. I asked for fresh nuggets and the same fat female working mumbled under her breath what she want now. They were so unpleasant, unprofessional, rude, and lazy just standing around playing on their phones. And when you try to call their number nobody answers. First and last time going there. So highly disappointed because I had not burger king I some years ??. Very sad service.

They up Charge the entire meal without asking you every time. I waited there forever so I left. Very disappointing for such a nice town. They always get your food wrong cause they either to busy talking on the phone or talking to each other. Damn shame

I placed an online order on Tuesday March 12, 2024 at 10:25pm (so i wouldn't get in the way of "closing" and i wouldn'tdrive 20 minutes for nothing) I arrive at 10:45pm (they close at 11:00pm.) I get told they didn't make it, and I can pick it up tOmOrRoW! They billed me already. I get told I can call tomorrow to get my money back and they are closing. The app (after filing a complaint through the app) says I'll get an email in 1 or 2 days. She said she was the night manager... close down this place. I went to a competitor and am still waiting for a refund. BK isn't ready to use an app. [St. Francisville LA] I hope a Chick Fila opens up nearby because competition must be stagnant.

Hopefully this will get to the right person. I recently visited your St Francisville location and I am extremely disappointed! It's been a couple months since I've been here and have to say the rudeness of the staff is ridiculous ... I went through the drivethru because when I pulled on the front door it was locked! I mean it was almost 7:30! Finally someone took my order and when I get to the window they ask me to back up behind that stupid pole! I'm like what hell? Finally hand me my food and close the window. They act like they don't care! The people have been rude the last few times I have come through and I am fed up! The people I work with are fed up too! I won't be back!
