It's been a couple months since I've been here and have to say the rudeness of the staff is ridiculous ... I went through the drivethru because when I pulled on the front door it was locked! I mean it was almost 7:30! Finally someone took my order and when I get to the window they ask me to back up behind that stupid pole! I'm like what hell? Finally hand me my food and close the window. They act like they don't care! The people have been rude the last few times I have come through and I am fed up! The people I work with are fed up too! I won't be back!

I placed an online order on Tuesday March 12, 2024 at 10:25pm (so i wouldn't get in the way of "closing" and i wouldn'tdrive 20 minutes for nothing) I arrive at 10:45pm (they close at 11:00pm.) I get told they didn't make it, and I can pick it up tOmOrRoW! They billed me already. I get told I can call tomorrow to get my money back and they are closing. The app (after filing a complaint through the app) says I'll get an email in 1 or 2 days. She said she was the night manager... close down this place. I went to a competitor and am still waiting for a refund. BK isn't ready to use an app. [St. Francisville LA] I hope a Chick Fila opens up nearby because competition must be stagnant.

With 1 car ahead in line. Idk if they just partying up in there and forget they got a job to do r what, but definitely not fast food and definitely terrible service

This place is never open. It was 9:00pm on Thursday cars there, lights on nobody inside. Waited at the drive through for 5-10 minutes nobody said anything. I pulled over to call the number and THEN she gets out her vehicle and walks into the place. After watching me sit there. They constantly close early. Ridiculous.

A friend and I ate here on the way to Baton Rouge. Without a doubt, this was the best Burger King restaurant we have eaten at in a long time! The meat was cooked correctly and hot, also no salt was added which is what I prefer. The lettuce was fresh and crisp as well as the tomatos, and remaining condiments. We are still discussing how nice this Burger King was for quick food to go. The french fries were cooked perfectly in fresh grease - makes all the difference. Thank you!
Hungry for something good? Well, don't go to this Burger King! Let's begin with the fries. Hot fries on top and old, cold soggy fries on the bottom. Next, the chicken bacon sandwich with swiss cheese. When I unwrapped the sandwich, this dark brown, soggy something fell off the sandwich. At first I thought it was an old piece of bacon but it was the flour crust on the chicken. When I lifted the bread and chunks of lettuce, the flour crust was hanging off the chicken like dead, weathered skin. YUCK! But wait, that's not the worse thing yet! When removing the other piece of bread, guess what I found weaved between the tomatoes and nestled securely in the swiss cheese? Hair! Yes, two long strands of brown hair! I should have taken photos but I was so disgusted that I threw everything into the trash! Most companies work hard to make a living so I do not like giving such a bad review but I wouldn't want anyone else to waste money on trash.

Worst burger king I've been to in this state hands down and unfortunately it's in the best little town in the state. The employees and management need to be wiped clean and start fresh. The food is the worst barely edible half the time, nuggets burnt, fry's raw or stale, bacon raw, not even a half an egg in the breakfast sandwiches it's unreal. The frozen drink machine and shakes are always out of order. Breakfast, lunch, or dinner doesn't matter it's a lost cause most of them are rude as well. Which tells me the employees are out of order themselves like the machine and not doing their jobs, they are inadequate. I've returned food multiple times here for refunds. I like burger king far better than McDonald's everywhere else but McDonald's next door to this burger king is far superior.
