Hot in dining area. Used kiosk and paid at kiosk. After waiting awhile we were hollered at to come to the counter. Was told two items (already paid for) were unavailable and the discussion to refund was ridiculous. Tables dirty. Ketchup packets on window and floor. Food on floor. Gross.

The bread was stale. The meat tasted old. The Diet Coke was flat and the french fries were hard with no salt. Absolutely disgusting food and the service was pathetic so rude so rude no napkins in the box and no mustard that I paid an extra for! Gross gross gross I would not recommend the McDonald’s in st francisville to anyone unless you’d like to have a sick stomach. I tried calling 10 times to talk to a manager and they would not even answer the phone because they’re so rude. I have attempted to contact the manager times 20 calls with no answer to make a formal report to her, but they do not answer the phone

Wow, sausage egg and cheese biscuit. Didn't know it came with onions and green sauce and a burnt sausage patty. It's definitely not the patty that is supposed to come on it. First bad one I have ever had.

Came through drive through around 11:30 and ordered 2 triple cheeseburgers and got old cold patties and one wad supposed to only have mayo and tomatoes and had neither and was made normally. When we came back through we were ignored for 15 minutes at the drive through and then told that they had already cleaned the grill and that they couldn't do anything about it.
What are the big Mac and they gave me the sauce and extra pickles? It’s like they read my mind.
