When getting our food in the drive thru, the worker kept asking us questions about our order(sauce, burger, sizes). Do you guys even read the ticket? She handed us one bag of food. It only had half our order in it. She was surprised to see us still there when she popped back out the window with the next car’s drink. We told her we’re still missing our burger (ya know, the one she asked us about in the beginning). Oh, and they forgot a straw (just found one of them).Also, dear corporate, ketchup needs to be standard with fries again.

They just need to give receipts at the first window instead of the second window just in case the order is lost at the front. So the customer can give the receipt.

One of the dirtiest McDonald’s I have been to. We stopped in while on a trip and expected the normal McDonald’s experience. Nothing spectacular but clean and consistent. Not this place. Fries were soggy and not well salted. McFlurry was not mixed. Bathrooms had trash all over and no toilet paper. If I could pass something on to the next person passing through, don’t stop at this McDonald’s and hit the next one on your route.

A friend and I came through the drive thru right before closing, which working in the service industry we were not expecting to be served at all and were fine with but Felicia came to the rescue to feed these hungry souls and did it with a smile and was so helpful. She deserves the world and we were so happy with the overall experience! Food was sooooo fresh!

We stopped here on our way home from day of fishing but ended up at urgent care and then Emergency Room and missed dinner. Everything else was closed so we went through the drive through.My husband got a Big Mac, which needs to be re-named "Little Mac!" His sandwich was okay, just not very appealing. I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich which must of been cooker at lunch or afternoon. It was so hard I could barely eat it. The french froes were hot and the best part of the meal. Bottom line: Your food and service has gone downhill!!

An order of cranberry/raisin oatmeal was ordered, my oatmeal resembled one little scoop in a coffee cup/small. No fruit on top, why can’t these people get the orders right. I’ve seen a girl on her cellphone at the window, a manager or supervised talk bad about someone waiting on an order they brought in messed up. Our money pays you , you are suppose to provide a quality service. There’s no quality in this order. They mess up a lot and don’t dare. Most people accept it cause they in a hurry. CHECK YOUR IRDER BEFORE LEAVING THE EINDOW/ iNside. It’s that bad!!!im sending a picture of my oatmeal in a small coffee cup!! I’m disgusted with their service!!! Truly BAD & UNPROFESSIONAL..
