Whatever happened to old fashioned cherry milkshakes? That is what I wanted but not on the menu and not able to make one. I did have a tasty specialty milkshake but the lady could not tell me what was in it when I asked. Tasted good and had miniature chocolate reeses cups in it. Busy but fairly quick service.

Both times I went to this location, I was there at least ten minutes and was never even greeted. The last time was at 9:30p on January 14th. Two cars were in the parking lot along with mine and they couldn't take time out to acknowledge I was even there. After 10 minutes I put a complaint on their website. I have yet to get a response from anyone. After being shunned twice in two visits, I will NEVER go there again.

I absolutely don’t recommend this Sonic, we went on 9/18/23 for a quick lunch around 11:15-11:30. We ordered fries and corn dogs. First of all, they never brought the change, this is called stealing, NOT YOUR TIP. The corn dogs weren’t fresh, no condiments were added, had to ask and wait for everything. Very poor service, worst Sonic I’ve ever gone too.

All we ordered was 2 pretzel twists and waited like 20 mins before my bf got out and told them something. At least 6+ people left in that time frame because they never got to order.

If you want to save your time and frustration DO NOT GO HERE. This is the worst sonic I have ever been to. Clearly Sonic doesn't care about their customer satisfaction because there are several bad reviews here that have been here for a while and the service is still awful to this day. There arent that many reviews but majority are negative. We didn't get the fries we paid for and the slushie wasn't a slushie by the time we got it. We didn't even bother telling them because of how long the food took to be carried out. IT TOOK 30 MINUTES TO GET 2 Hot Dogs and 2 sides and a drink. You pay for it up front so the options were either leaving and losing your money or waiting. The cars that were there before us didn't get their food for that long too. The condiment packets were all sticky like they've been sitting in grease that dried up so make sure you have a way to wash your hands before touching your food if you care about that. They were not slammed or in a rush, there were about six cars there. Sonic you should be ashamed for not giving a crap about how work is done here. Have better training or pay better to encourage people to do a better job. I know working fast food isn't a dream job for the folks who made our experience awful but mediocre service would have better than THIS. The lady who took our order over the intercom was decent and the young gentleman who brought our food out was kind and genuinely seemed nice. I made a yelp account just to leave this review and hopefully help others steer clear. If you're really hungry and have the patience I guess you can take your chances.

Messed up food order. Didn't correct it after calling back in. Took my daughter's tots and never brought out her fries or BBQ sauce. Fries I got with my meal was nasty.Parking: Parking lots was disgusting.
