No matter how many times I visit Francis restaurant and trust me, it's been countless the experience remains unmatched. When you're in town, you absolutely must stop by to experience the extraordinary food, attentive service, and an atmosphere so comforting it feels like returning home. Francis isn't just for a meal; it's a tradition worth keeping.

I had the worst eggplant dish ever! It was so bad, I couldn’t eat it!!! If they don’t do something it will be the last $100 I ever spend in there!!!

What do I recommend🤔.........I have been eating here for years. The menu is always on point along w/daily specials. This review is for Samantha one of the Managers. She gets 5🌟s just on her own. Samantha addressed my concern after the ball had been dropped and then went above and beyond for any inconvenience. I just want her to know, I appreciate her and her efforts! HIGH👋🏾to SAMANTHA! Love this place!

This was my first time here. I had the southern fried pork chop with red beans and rice. It was very good... actually better than expected. I would eat here again, and definitely recommend it.

Definitely overpriced we ordered two hamburgers they were good but they definitely wasn't the best. a couple of them that work there seemed a little snobby I don't think I will be going back because of that reason I like to be where there is a friendly environment and these people seemed a little judgmental not all but a couple I've seen give dirty looks

We haven’t been here in several years. Our waiter was horrible!!!
He forgot the salad so we had it boxed to go. He never ask us if we needed refills. When our food finally came out the my food was cold. Fish, hush puppies and so called French fries! I asked for lemon and sliced onion to go with the fish like a lot of Louisiana folks do. I had to ask again and when he brought the onion out it was diced in a togo cup and said that’s all the onion they had. I had to eat it with a spoon. My husband’s shrimp and sausage pasta tasted like it came from a jar. The shrimp had tails left on them. The whole staff acted like they didn’t want be there!

We came to eat dinner and our server (AD )I believer was his name was amazing . Very attentive, smile on his face.

They had a special menu advertised for Mother's Day. However, for such a special occasion, they did not plan for staff/server absences. Many tables were not being used on the patio area, because they were short of servers. This was poor planning. To take your Mother or anyone for such an occasion and endure a 3+ hour wait is unacceptable.

I had been here before and enjoyed it very much so I was excited to go back. The service this time though was HORRIBLE and I was very disappointed and annoyed. I was part of a large group of about 30 of us and we had reservations. We were seated on the patio and were given a special menu of items to order from that would be quick and easy as to not slow down the kitchen. My friend and I were among the first to get there and the others trickled in. We immediately placed our order and told the server we could only stay for an hour so we wanted to get our food order in now (sandwich and salad). 45 minutes later we still hadn't received our food, despite checking in with our server several times about it. All she could say was that she put it in. She didn't seem to care anyways. 50 minutes in, I went to the hostess stand and asked for the manager and told her I needed to either cancel my order or get it in a to-go box if it was ready and my check because we needed to leave. She said she'd check on it and never came back out to me. About 5 minutes later, I saw the staff bring the food out for two of our tables, so I walked back to our table with empty to-go boxes. My friend and I were the last two people to get our food placed (on plates) in front of us. The whole hour we sat there, our drinks were not refilled either. No one, not the server nor the manager, seemed to care or apologized for the delay or anything. We paid our check in full and left. I will likely not be going back as they don't seem to care about their customers...only making a sale.

No real vegetarian options. You can get a salad without meat( all their salads have meat) but you will have to pay full price

Food was great-The sausage in my red beans was amazing! I think maybe our server was new… She made a lot of basic mistakes..The fans are pretty noisy outside…but we will definitely keep going back when we visit Saint Francisville!
