I stopped in on my way to Baton Rouge, I got the hot honey wings, red beans + rice, fries, and alcohol. I was surprised by how affordable my bill was! Not only was the food fresh and delicious but it didn’t break the bank at all. The staff here are so friendly, you’ll feel right at home.

Finally stopped at The Ville, and I’m so glad we did: the food and service were amazing. I’ve decided to try everything on the menu, so we will be back ? So far, I can tell you the burgers are insanely good, the chili cheese fries (homemade chili) are delicious, the fried okra perfectly seasoned, and the bread pudding is OH EMM GEE ?

Went today for the first time with my little family and we all loved it! The service is great and the food is amazing!! Best food I’ve had in a restaurant in a while, their grilled porkchop is so good but the greens and the candied yams are seasoned to perfection too I was so happy & impressed with the quality for a small restaurant. My fiancée said their fried chicken was the best he’s had in a while, and the white beans were delicious too! Also our kiddos loved their popcorn shrimp and chicken tenders, they can be hard to impress so I was very happy they enjoyed it as much as we did! Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area

I went by here for a Friday lunch. The atmosphere is a cross between an old fashioned diner and a country bar. For those of us old enough to remember, think South if the Border circa 1980. Just relaxing, friendly and comfortable.
I had their signature Ville burger and, folks, this thing is huge. I was worried that it would be all about the size with no concern for taste. I need not have worried. The sauce they use is delicious and the smokey flavor of the burger with the Gouda cheese and bacon was outstanding. I rarely miss a chance for onion rings and the ones they serve should not be missed. The batter is perfectly seasoned and they are fried to a golden brown that leaves them with a perfect crunch. So often fresh battered rings are either hard, over salted,or both. That was not the case here and I enjoyed every bite .
The service was relaxed and friendly in that way that only a family place can be.
I will definitely be returning and look forward to trying some of the other things on their menu.

After traveling from Baton Rouge to go hiking on a local trail in the heat, we stopped in here to grab lunch with a party of 15!! Let me tell ya something... these ladies, Nikki and Sierra worked so hard (busted @$$) to please. From accommodating seating, taking our orders and bringing out hot food. Our meals were served staggered and took a little time but everyone was pleased with their food and it was definitely worth the wait for freshly prepared food. Friendly relaxed down-home atmosphere with inside or patio dining. Immaculately Clean!!! They certainly aim to please their customers. Very impressive. I recommend the black bean burger with fries. It was delicious! When I'm in the area again, I'll go back and try something else and maybe stay for a drink from the stocked bar. Do NOT pass this place up!!
