There is always issues at the restaurant. It has very very poor customer service. Half the time the doors are locked and no one is even taking orders at drive through. These issues reflect on poor management.

When your employee has an attitude because the costumer is asking a simple question that’s a problem!! No line, not rush hour, and food was ordered ahead so it’s not like she had places to be and things to do!!!! Yall should be disappointed good employees treat customers

Just straight trash. Told me I can only get the chicken instead of tenders and ordered two extra large sides and wasn’t even in the bag. If anyone else goes there I hope to god they read this and check their food! Service was extremely crappy! That business needs to be shut down for good. And not to mention I grabbed food after work and live 30 minutes away but they don’t even answer the phone and I know they not busy! They never are

This has to be the worst service in all the state of Louisiana. The other day about 10:36 am there was in older lady that was taking the order, You can not miss her if you ever went or going there. It would take her a week to eat a peanut butter sandwich with with that one tooth. Well myself and family wanted to try the pumpkin pies they were offering. The older employee came to the window because the drive thru does not work, an basically ask "what you want" I said ok. Let me have 4 of your pumpkin pies. She then stated we only have two. I said "ok" then the toothless lady answered back "you wanna wait 6 minutes for 2 pies" I stated yes I do. I thought about it for a second no I am not waiting. So i told the younger girl that was there "hey don't worry about the pies" that employee stated " whatever bye!" This had to be the most ungrateful services and employees I ever seen or experience. Whom ever the owner of this place need to either close it down or far every employee that works there. I will continue to write a review everyday till these employees are fired or the owners contacts me in fix this issue.
