Slowest service ever! Never fails! Food is always wrong. A simple burger they mess up. Came through for a remake and waited over 10mins. Just to find out it was wrong again. This is not the only time this has happened. The bad service NEVER lets you down. The employee's/managers are extremely lazy.

Crappy Soggy fries, and how hard is it to put bbq sauce packs in the bag. Its like every time if I don't ask 2 or 3 times and look in the bag . They always forget it. They need to make a special training course called " How to put bbq sauce packets in a drive through bag." And then they would still probably fuk it up!!!! I will never eat McDonald's again it is rotten horrible food

Usually morning cruise usually always great although on the weekend, sometimes the night crew works in the morning and this is complete early disaster night crew is the worst McDonald’s ever in my history of going to any McDonald’s in the whole United States of America and across the country this McDonald’s and Scott Louisiana is the absolute worst not the McDonald’s the people you have in place running this place there are pathetic Uneducated it seems that way and it’s no it’s ugly to say this, but it’s pathetic and unacceptable to be treated as a customer the way these employees treat me as a customer at this place when I spend at least $100-$200 a week here and have been for over five years And to continue to be treated like dirt by these kids that work here that wanna pay check and do not want to do anything to earn it
I pick up breakfast for my co-workers from time to time. This McDonald's tell me to use the app so it will be ready for me. I did. Not only did they give me the wrong order, they said they never got my order. I have a receipt and a charge to my account that says otherwise. Called to let them know...pretty much got told not their problem. They said go through the app.

So it was after 9 and the restaurant was not busy so I went through the drive through to pick up a door dash. (Other locations ask you to go through the drive through after 9) I was told that I had to come inside and then I was ignored at the counter by every employee. I finally stopped a girl who was passing me for the second time…. She definitely had her AirPod in her ear. She told me it wasn’t ready walked away and then less than 5 seconds someone else popped up with the door dash.

Dirty floors, ladies bathroom was trashed with toilet paper laid down in rows in front of 1 toilet and it was wet. The bigger stall trashed with toilet paper. Only 2 stalls in this place. Could be cleaned a lot better
