I love Popeyes, I always eat it, this time the chicken reminded me of KFC, because KFC chicken is always extra greasy not Popeyes, this time it was, very greasy!

ZERO customer service effort here… my dad went inside wanting to order, they redirected him to the ordering machine in the front, he doesn’t even get on his phone, much less know how to use that to order food.. he told them he didn’t know how to use that and they really turned down helping him!! He had to leave empty handed during his lunch. I WISH i would have been present… Management needs to get their stuff together and learn how to bring some damn customer service back!!!!

The food was cold and had to go to the bathroom, and it was grossed, and it had a terrible smell water leaking out the toilet after I walked out of there, I didn't even want to keep eating 🤢🤮🤢🤮
