Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

We stopped in on our drive from San Antonio, TX. The food was freshly prepared. It was quiet, and clean!

This time went to Drive thru didn't wait long and good was nice and fresh.

GARBAGE FOOD! DO NOT EAT! I waited 20 minutes think I was getting fresh food to get old dry chick, old cold soggy fries, and biscuits hard as rock. Beyond ridiculous

Horrible service and never has food cooked at prime times

I had not been to a Popeyes in years because of past bad experiences and my wife was hungry. We went through the drive through on Monday evening at the Popeyes on Johnston and I ordered a ghost pepper sandwich. I was expecting the worst. It was excellent and the girl working the drive through was excellent. It was so good that I was thinking this may replace my go to for chicken. Chil fil et. It was so good that on the way home on Wednesday I stopped by Popeyes in Scott and it was completely opposite bad service nasty food. They told me to go park and they would bring it out to me. After 15 minutes of waiting I went in and they still had not made it. Please Popeyes standardize on your food quality and service.

Took 30 minutes just to get my food, watched 5 other cars get their food before me!

This place needs to be shut down. I’ve ordered here on 2 occasions via ubereats. They have given me sour food each time. Someone needs to be fired. How you not smell those sides are sour? They do and they are taking folks hard earned money.

The food, once we finally got it, and then got the order straightened out, was ok. Not as good as our regular Popeyes, but not bad. The dining room was mostly clean with only a few folks dining in, but the tables all needed to be wiped down. I shouldn’t complain, we found one that was clean. As for service, for the most part, there isn’t any. You order at a kiosk, (just because you can order and pay for an item at the kiosk, doesn’t mean they have it) then wait for 30 minutes for someone to bring you something you didn’t order. And that’s how it works. Not for me of course since I’ll never come back. Should’ve given this one a bye,

I was told to pull up in drive thru, and had to wait 20 minutes and still received cold chicken.

Mac n cheese was missing the mac... biscuit was missing butter when I asked fir butter they had none... then I asked for honey they had none... tenders were fried skin I could find the chicken.

They had good customer service skills, but the chicken was cold

I thought the Youngsville location was bad, but nope this one takes the cake. The food was good but no spoons for the mashed potatoes and they got my husband's order incorrect 😒 😤
Plus my husband went back and got mad but they completely ignored him. Yall this location for Popeyes is not a good one. I really hate it.

I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with fries and a strawberry lemonade. I received a regular lemonade and was asked to move up so the food could be brought out to me when ready, freeing up the drive through window. I explained I ordered a strawberry lemonade and the rep corrected the drink. I waited and a rep brought out my food. He was polite, but once I opened my bag, I realized my fries were cold and my chicken sandwich was not spicy. The top bun also looked like it was destroyed by being smashed and scraped across the entire top of the bun. Overall, it was not worth the time and money for the order to be incorrect and not fresh and hot.
