Yesterday around 6pm i drove through & ordered, picked up the order and drove off, when we made it nearly to the road I saw in my mirror the young man from the window sprinting to us to bring an item we missed. I have never seen anyone at a fast food restaurant do that, not to mention he was polite and kept apologizing, Please recognize that young man, when a young person shows that kind of integrity it's a good sign for the future. Side note: it's fast food, sometimes items are missed or mixed up, it's fast paced, people seem to be too critical of that, So please don't focus on the wrong thing here.

I wish I could give zero stars. Customer service in this place is absolutely ridiculous! When the first thing you hear when you walk through the door is two employees fussing and fighting and threatening each other there is a major problem. It’s even worse when it’s the manager who is one of the ones involved. Absolutely ridiculous! Always try to give them another chance but today put the icing on the cake!

Went to the drive thru with a coupon from the app for 25% off the 3pc. tender combo. Code 5757, and it specifically states it’s for in-store use and not a mobile order. I was denied the coupon and told it was for orders placed via the app only. I told the lady that it was ridiculous and drove away. Tried calling the store twice for clarification - no answer. Used the same code at another Popeyes location with no problems. Hmm…

I had not been to a Popeyes in years because of past bad experiences and my wife was hungry. We went through the drive through on Monday evening at the Popeyes on Johnston and I ordered a ghost pepper sandwich. I was expecting the worst. It was excellent and the girl working the drive through was excellent. It was so good that I was thinking this may replace my go to for chicken. Chil fil et. It was so good that on the way home on Wednesday I stopped by Popeyes in Scott and it was completely opposite bad service nasty food. They told me to go park and they would bring it out to me. After 15 minutes of waiting I went in and they still had not made it. Please Popeyes standardize on your food quality and service.

This place needs to be shut down. I’ve ordered here on 2 occasions via ubereats. They have given me sour food each time. Someone needs to be fired. How you not smell those sides are sour? They do and they are taking folks hard earned money.
