The smoothie I usually order tasted very bad! I usually order from the Ambassador Caffery location and it's much better. How can the exact same drink taste so different? I didn't even finish it. I complained to the manager but she was actually the person responsible for making the smoothie. Not going back to that location.

I order at least 3 or 4 times a week. I order the same smoothie each time so I'm familiar with how it normally taste. Sunday I ordered my normal smoothie online and went I pick it up but didnt drink it till I was home. Immediately, I could tell there was something missing or off about my smoothie. I called the location and they remade it but unfortuneately, it tasted the same. It tasted like everything was sugar free which made it very sour. Needless to say, that they need to train their employees better on how to make their smoothies. The whole crew working seemed to very young that day and when I explained my issue to the employee at Smoothie King, I felt that they didnt have a clue how to correct it or make it better. Response to owner, the email you entered to contact Smoothie King is invalid. If you are going to leave a way to contact you, at least make sure you enter the correct email. Ridiculous!!

I have been to this location more than 10 times, the service is utterly SLOW. Don't go here if you want fast service. The quality is usually good but I am usually on the run when I need food/snack.

Given 1 star because every time I come the wait is always 10 minutes are more. Minimum 8 minutes. Other location on ambassador move way quicker

Give Noah a raise! The young lady that was working with him was rude and inattentive. I placed an order online, arrived at pick up time, drive through the drive thru and sat for 4 minutes. Decided to come in. Waited another 2 minutes. She took two people’s orders in the drive thru, served them and still hadn’t made my order.Noah came out and I was annoyed. I told him I wanted a refund. He deescalated the situation, got me to change my mind, and made my order. He’s an asset to your store.
