If you are not paying attention, you will pass right by this lovely gem! My friend and I much enjoyed a chopped beef barbecue sandwich, with delicious potato salad and baked beans full of meat. Our two lunch special meals, which included a can drink for each of us came to just a little over $18. Ribs were very good, but the brisket was one of the worst I ever had since it was dry with several pieces being overly fatty (2 to 3 times more fat than meat). Initially, I didn't feel welcome, but the owner came to the severing window where he was warm and welcoming. The price was very reasonable.

This place superseded my expectations in bbq! I was impressed with everything from the homemade sauce to the potato salad. I had the 3 meat plate with chicken, ribs and sausage. My sides were baked beans and potato salad. Everything was really seasoned good and I was very happy with my conversation with the owners they are sweet and nice downhome folks. Definitely going back. Loyal customer from now on!!?
