Please please... make your window employees understand how to count money and make change! My order was $7.50. I gave cashier $20.50. The 50 cents was in mixed small coins. She gave me $13.20 back. I told her no, just the $13.00. She looked at me like I'd grown a second head.

Horrible customer service. Would not recommend a dog to go here. Bag sat on the fry line for 7 minutes. Not friendly are courteous. Picked up bag and it tore open. Passed me a bag to put my food in.

My sister and I visited today after lunch. The staff was polite, friendly, and helpful.The service was prompt and professional, and the food fresh and hot. My sister encountered an issue with her app and the cashier was helpful and accommodating. Keep up the good work!

Heads up to the manager. They’re outside smoking and acting like they’re closed early on Friday and Saturday. I am a door dasher and they hid from me even though one guy was right outside the door and more people inside. The orders kept coming in and when I asked the guy outside he went in his car. The person at the speaker never answered. Sat there and called DoorDash to report they were ignoring me. Went by the window they acted like no one was there. Just know your employees are making you miss money. It was 12:05am there is no reason if yall close at 1 every weekend it’s the same thing. Yall need new staff that wants to work. Yall need to understand we don’t get paid if the restaurant wants to play hide and seek and we can get fired if they think we’re reporting a restaurant closed when it’s not. I reported that none of the employees would help me to DoorDash.

Visited here this morning for breakfast. My overall experience was just ugh! Cashier seemed a bit distracted. I ordered a #7 with the meal. All the cashier charged me was for the sandwich. So instead of fixing it the right way they made me pay again for the hash browns.The sandwich was made correctly. But my "hashbrowns" were very bland and dry.
