Ordered 2 spicy chicken deluxe sandwich meals with one with no tomatos to go with Chick-fil-A sauce and mayo with two drinks, received meal and did not get any fries for one meal nor a drink for the other meal. Did not get any mayo and a sandwich came with tomatos, a lot of tomatoes.

PLEASE purchase a new filter system, replace the existing, or fix the existing one. I assume not many complaints are received about the taste of the beverages at this location, so I will. The food is good, the service is good, but I’d rather the Beene Blvd location simply due to the taste of the beverages. That “Shreveport water” taste is a real problem on this strip, and I really hope this problem is resolved soon!

A great, quick staple! I was disappointed they got my order wrong and I didn’t get the sauces I asked for, but the food was great.
Lemonade was definitely made using unfiltered tap water. Absolutely gross. As an east coast resident…. The off putting taste was easily recognized. Please use filtered or purified water. The lemonade here is awful.😢

They stopped putting sauces and napkins in curbside orders for some reason. I have to ask the runner for all the stuff I put on my order and they don’t seem okay with it at all. Idk what to do besides put it on the order, but I guess they don’t even look. Also please get a water filter— I know all the restaurants in Shreveport deal with bad water, but all the drinks are unbearable besides bottled water.

Utterly chaos. Can't find a clean table. 15 people up front and I stood several minutes for a drink exchange due to the lemonade tasting like 🗑 until a oncoming manager asked if she could help.

WAAAAAAAAYYYYYYYY too overcrowded! Parking lot is a disaster and wreck waiting to happen. Definitely recommend ordering online just a few minutes before you arrive.
They are charging more than what the menu says. I called them out on it and the manager said corporate just changed the pricing and we haven’t changed the menu. I called corporate and they said they have NOT raised the prices. Beware of this location as it seems they may have some corrupt people employees.
