I did four stars because half the time this store barley has any employees helping prepare customers order or you have one person roaming around doing nothing while someone is trying to get all orders to customers she needed help but she always does my cookies perfectly and is super sweet

Crumbl is a very clean store with friendly workers who greet customers with a smile and are very attentive. The staff is helpful with cookie selection. The cookies are delicious, big, soft, and packed with flavor, with a great variety of flavors and spot-on presentation. The cookies are a little on the pricey side, but overall it is a great treat. The cookies are seriously next level, with soft, warm centers and a perfect balance of sweetness. They are a perfect alternative to a traditional birthday cake. The service is so kind, and the cookies are cooked nice and soft. Parking is great.
